Soil: Rich in stone with presence of clay and sand.
Climate: Warm temperate, not too cold winters with hot and dry summers, spring andautumn rain.
Vintage notes: Probably the best vintage ever. Dense and rich wines, structured with masses of tannins finely textured and comprehensive in the mouth.

Harvest: First week of October.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with racking and delestage, maceration 21-25 days.
Maturation: 2 years in Stainless Steel Tanks and 4 months in bottle before release.
Organoleptic characteristics: Rosso di Montalcino is harmonious, elegant, not too demanding, but with a pleasant accompaniment. The wine has a ruby colour composed with a strong intensity and flavour, rich in fresh fruit scents.

Rosso di Montalcino is harmonious, elegant, not too demanding, but with a pleasant accompaniment; has a ruby colour composed with a strong intensity and flavour, recognizing fresh fruit smells. Recommended not to be kept for a long time, a wine that prefers to be drunk, even if it can be aged. It should be served in crystal glasses for red wines at a temperature of about 18 ° C.
