Variety: 100% Sangiovese

Soil: Rich in stone with the presence of clay and sand

Climate: Warm temperate, not too cold winters with hot and dry summers, spring and autumn rain.

Vintage notes: A warm year with a heat spike in August, producing forward wines with ample fruit. The best is lively and balanced; ripe and dense.

Harvest: hand-picked selected, the first week of October

Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature

Maturation: 3-month stainless steel and 2 months in the bottle before release

Organoleptic characteristics: The color is a brilliant pink claret. This rosé is rich with fruity and floral notes, with strong persistence and freshness. We can perceive scents of red fruits, such as raspberry and currants, and also floral scents that recall violet and geranium.
